I have attempted to make contact 4 times to get test results. On two day I waited for 30 minutes with no response an the third there was a message that staff were on training. On the fourth day I got a message that i was on a training line and there was a long queue. I gave up after 15 minutes.
I have tried mornings and afternoons, first thing and late.
I am overseas at the moment so cannot pop in to ask for my results. |

Dreadful. Takes hours to get through on the phone then you get an appointment in 3 weeks time. I have very limited mobility and my hands don't work properly either so going to the surgery or booking on line are both problematic. They insist that patients use their on line patient access but no thought has been given to those that are unable to do this. By the way I am not a pensioner pining for the good old days I am in my early 40s and just want a surgery that I can contact. |

Very poor practice. The team of GPs at this surgery and inept, rude and obnoxious. They don't read notes, they send condescending text messages and treat patients like dirt. Timekeeping is next to useless, when a GP does eventually phone there is no apology for the late call, instead they come across with a stinking attitude and condescend the patient they are speaking to. How this practice continues to function is beyond me, they most definitely do not care about the patients. |
