I recently went into the surgery to enquire about temporary registration whilst I’m home from university this summer. The receptionist was awfully rude and unhelpful - they appeared to look down on me as a young person, constantly questioning why I came into the surgery and why I would need to register. Having explained my situation the receptionist was really unhelpful and I left feeling belittled. Having been told I wasn’t eligible to register, when my registered surgery is on the other side of the country I am left with out a local GP and a pretty sour view of the staff here. Furthermore, even if she had let me register they couldn’t offer any appointments apparently for the 3 month period I am in the area, all seemed a little unbelievable. | ||||||

I would like to say a big thank you to this surgery for an excellent service, When my grandchildren were living with us they couldn't do enough, always same day appointments and referrals as necessary quickly and efficiently. Recently my granddaughter who is a twin was back for a visit and became unwell and seen with 2 hours !!
I personally have had excellent service and my husband so highly recommend this practice as excellent
staff friendly (mostly) and efficient . | ||||||
