Impossible to get through to them to book an appointment, I understand they are overly busy but there is just zero service here. The receptionists always sound fed up too. You'll be waiting 30+ minutes every time you want to call. I have seen the doctor once after 5 months of being in agony with stomach pain and throwing up all night. (Firstly, they sent me to a physio). The doctor then forgot to book my scan twice and forgot to send off my prescription. |

I feel terrible for the receptionist who are put in a completely no win situation it's nearly impossible to get a appointment I was sent to the paramedic for a ear infection after two months of treatment I was sent to the hospital to find out I was receiving the wrong medicine then after a toe op my toe had got infected and I had appointments when they said no it's fine after have my dressing was put on so tight I told them it was hurting to be told it's fine I had to go to church road pharmacy for the lady there to redress it and she told me I needed to go back as the toe was badly infected they finally treated the infection I am now having problems with my nervous system and cramping with chest pains after speaking to the doctor I got a blood test but after asking three times about the chest pain the doctor then advised to go to a and e and I honestly believe if I hadn't of kept on she would of sent me home after test the hospital sent me home and asked for another thyroid test in four weeks but I was told by the nurse I had to wait 3 months before it would be done they have since lost the results from my nerve conduction test after 5 weeks I got fed up and rang the hospital my self to get replacement results am still waiting for thyroid results when my partner rang she was just told oh they should of been here by now also I have Asperger's and other mental health difficultys and since Dr pyane has left I have absolutely zero help and have been left with nerve pain and numbness with zero care this doctors surgery (apart from receptionist who are amazing) are completely incompetent please do yourself a massive service by going to Dean cross instead I cannot stress enough that this surgery has gone from amazing to completely inept do not use this surgery |

It has always been difficult to get an appointment even when you are quite unwell. You can only book an appointment at 8.30 am and endure an extremely long queue. I have waited 25 minutes once and then told no further appointments were available until the next day. I really do appreciate the challenges of Covid on GP practices however it seems for this surgery, you are either too ill for them and need an ambulance or not ill enough and are wasting their valuable time. I recently made a complaint after trying for 48 hours to get treatment for an infection and was made to feel like a second class citizen unworthy of their attention. I eventually got a two minute phone consultation and 3 days antibiotics. My infection is back with a vengeance so I decided to use the econsult on Thursday. Told I would get a reply no later than 6.30 pm on Monday. Guess what day it is today? Tuesday! Still waiting. Having said all that, they can be responsive and caring if you have a condition they consider life threatening. Best hope is that you fit into one of their mysterious tick boxes |
