Visited the surgery twice over the last three weeks with two family members. As always the care and support can not be faulted. Dr Anderson was so thorough with his examination and aftercare. As always his listening skills helped his patient feel important and respected. Dr Sarah was kind and reassuring towards a child patient on a separate consultant too. Thank you to both of you |

This surgery, it’s staff and the doctors are wonderful. I can not praise enough the support and care I have been given over the years.......when I can get through! Unfortunately trying to get an answer on the telephone is a nightmare. I have had to waste so much time before the call is answered. Time not everyone has to waste. I’m willing to wait two weeks for an appointment to see the gp of my choice but it’s so sad that getting through is so difficult these days. I don’t know what has changed to cause such delays but I suspect it’s no fault of the receptionists. Reply from Stoke Surgery Mon, 09 Sep 2019 12:49:02 +0100 Thank you for taking the time to rate the surgery and we are pleased you are happy with the care you receive. We are fully aware of the pressures on our telephone system and endeavour to answer as soon as possible. There are some times of the day which are particularly busy, especially Monday mornings and also most mornings between 8.30-10.30am. We do offer the facility to book appointments online - please contact us if you would like us to set this up for you. |
