The worst doctors office I have ever been to. Takes over an hour after original appointment time to be seen. Dont bother calling them, you will get a rude and disrespectful lady on the phone who puts you on hold for ages and comes back having forgotten your name. Doctors do not note on the system what was actually said in the appointment and makes getting follow up appointments elsewhere impossible. Extremely rude. Looking elsewhere to be registered. |

Where are all the decent GP's that you see on the TV giving positive advice and solving medical problems? I managed to get a Saturday appointment and I wish that I had not wasted my time (and had my normal Saturday morning lie-in!!) as the GP could offer me no practical advice to help me, only suggesting that my problems were all psychological. I know my own body and I know when my problems are real. I came out of the consultation feeling 100 times worse than when I went in. Any suggestions on where to find at decent GP Practice? |

I've been a patient with Wycliffe surgery from the old one to the new one. What is the best way to describe Wycliffe surgery in the last 3 years When COVID Broke out understandably All off the NHS service's where put under pressure But I honestly think today Covid is used as a excuse to hide behind the poor Quality of the practice. Yes Everyone is entitled to be registered with a doctor. But when they continue to take on new patients Even though the surgery can't offer appointments or if you get one don't give you enough time to discuss your problem They say sorry have to move along as we're busy. The practice is struggling. As all appointments sessions are taken up for the next few months ??? . There's got to be someone in the practice that can see what's happening or maybe there's not. ??? |
