Unable to get appointment when requested. Receptionists always seem rude too and disinterested. However, heath care staff are professional and treat you with dignity and respect. Would recommend overall! | ||||||

I imagine the only reason this place hasn't been closed down yet is because every time they try the place is already shut! Some of the worst incidents are as follows.
I went in to arrange an appointment and walked up to the window, waited 5 minuites for the two behibd the glass to achknowlage my presence even though they made eye contact with me sevral times like they were waiting for me to go away.
I suffer with depression and part of my entitlmemts is that i can get a mentor at uni. For this the surgery must confirm my status as a depressive. The surgery refused to call the uni until my tutor called and had to acost them for not complying.
Theyre never open. Even when they say on the door theyre supposed to be open theyre shut. They closed for wendesday and are closed for 2 hours for lunch on the days when theyre supposed to be open.
