Care provided has always been adequate with GPs and nurses friendly, however lack of communication between medical professionals and front desk is woeful, resulting in an overall difficult experience; for example: misplaced prescriptions, incorrect information and inconsistent care. Front desk team unhelpful and seemingly unaware of the concept of customer service or taking ownership of any issues. Lack of continuity and ownership through extended treatment has also made life very difficult, making simple issues almost impossible to resolve. I would avoid if you have an alternative option available |

Efficient, friendly and effective. Always a positive experience. Caring staff, I think the GP access system where you speak to a GP the same day is very good. No 2, 3 or 4 week waits to see someone at this surgery! |
