Always had good to say about this surgery but no more.they have no duty of care and a poor attitude towards their patients. They never answer the phone, they don’t allow you to make an appointment to see a doctor they say it has to be a phone appointment.what rubbish.terrible service |

I’ve been basically told no such thing as perimenopause and made to feel like a second class sex! Got off the phone in tears and have had to go private as they told me they simply won’t use NHS funds to help me. I pay tax! On the back of this I was told by two GPs to destress my life if I’m tired… are they serious! My husband has been mucked about a fair bit as well. The system does not work. |
