Very poor . Seen by nurse and said my Blood pressure is high . But ok . I don’t understand. I told I need to do an ECG to check as my Blood pressure high and I got chest tightness and occasionally pain . Nurse asked me to make an appointment.Which is available after two weeks . I was thinking by that anything happened to a patient , what to do ? Poor care . | ||||||

Now takes an age to get them to answer the telephone. If it’s within 10 minutes of lunch time, it isn’t picked up. I was asked to make an appointment by one of the doctors who was concerned about my blood test results as they showed infection. When I got through I was told I have to phone back in two days time to see if I can get an appointment. Need to record this somewhere in case I don’t make it to Thursday. Not happy. | ||||||

I think credit where credit is due is worth mentioning. I had a doctors appointment recently and had the pleasure of meeting a dr bland, what a absolute pleasure, she couldn’t do enough and put needed things in place so quickly and professionally. I had follow up phone calls and felt totally confident in her hands. And how nice to see the same doctor each time. I hear she’s not a regular doctor at alney practice mores the pity, but wherever she ends up working? She will be a real asset To any surgery. I wish her well wherever she goes, a real gem this lady. | ||||||
