Been coming here for 10 years and I would recommend two doctors to anyone, both extremely hard-working and friendly doctors who have always given their full attention even when they are really busy! It can be difficult to get an appointment but that isn't the fault of the practice, that's just how it is in many places these days. With the resources they have I think they do brilliantly. Thanks for everything Hoyland House. |

The practice is clogged up with routine appointments. If you have something troubling that you want to see a doctor about at short notice, forget it, they don't want to know and don't care. If you manage to get an appointment with them there are a couple of great doctors, but some of them are ignorant and uncaring - they just want to push you out of the door. |

I dislike going to the Doctor at the best of times. This practice has not helped aliviate that feeling. I have found the nurses to be lovely although they have sometimes struggled to draw blood. The majority of the Doctor's here I have found to be rushed and patronising and I don't understand why they feel that they can be this way. I had to book an appointment 5 weeks in advance and was then waiting for half an hour, when in my appointment after 5 minutes I was told my time was almost up and to wrap it up. I am only thankful that I wasn't there to discuss mental health issues.
Doctor's please be more self aware. |
