I have been with the surgery for some years and I have always been treated with respect and the staff in reception are pleasant and helpful. Treatment from doctors is excellent! |

Appalling service, receptionist picked up phone and hung up on first attempt, after >10minutes waiting, and on 2nd attempt bluntly refused to help (with a COVID vaccination enquiry), lied (said all appointments were handled by NHS 119, whereas having spoken to them they have confirmed that for appointments with local centres, i.e. the Fire Station, it's managed locally by the GP practise), and then put the phone down on me. Frankly amazed and shocked at this treatment, for a fellow key-worker. |

I have been under this Doctors complex ( for blood tests also) for 10 years. First class. Always clean; the staff & medical team I can find no fault with. As a diabetic it reassures me, and I have always recieved prompt treatment. In 10 years I havent waited longer than 1 week for a ( non urgent) appointment. The diabetes clinic appointments are a seperate phone number & booked seperately. Home visits are done from here too ( unheard of in West London where I used to live) and the reception staff are good. Helpful & on the ball. Really; credit where credits due. Ive never wanted for a parking bay either, always got in somewhere on-site. There is a handy chemists and opticians & mobility specialist on site too, plus other things are offered, like eye screening etc . I really cannot fault it personally. Thank you to all who work here from the cleaners ( always clean) to the public staff ( who sometimes bear the brunt of the publics frustration with illness/weather etc ) and to the Doctors. |
