Waited 37 minutes on the phone to then be told over 30 calls Infront of me. This needs to have kicked in sooner as then you would put the phone down. Having worked in a surgery for years I do not understand why 1 phone call takes so long now. The system needs to change soon for the benefit of patients and staff alike. |

Try working for them, even worse!! The receptionists are treated like dirt by the leads. You’re made to feel like the lowest of the low and the only time they talk to you is if they’re berating you in front of everyone else. The receptionists are made to ask all the questions to patients and then have to run it all by the leads, therefore that is why everything takes so long. |
