Impossible to make appointment online and have spent hours and £££s trying to get through on the phone. they now communicate via multiple text messages to all patients to give their excuses. This is not a service worthy of the name. |

The nurses are fantastic, GPs are good but it is impossible to get an appointment. I have been asked to book a face to face in order to be able to receive a prescription but there are no appointments to be had.... Have logged in dutifully every morning for weeks just before 8 to check for released appointments.... nothing. Unfortunately I couldn't stay at my previous surgery due to moving out of the area, they were fantastic. I am a key worker myself and find this just unacceptable. |

The doctors are fine IF you can get to them. The admin staff run the shop with tin hat 'systems' that actually exclude the needs of sick people. I don't want to discuss my health with a clerk and I don't want a clerk making decisions on my health issues. Nor should I be re-directed to online systems when I'm feeling really ill. The practice seems to have forgotten what it is there for, and doctors appear to be under the control of the admin staff. |
