Absolutely terrible surgery rude receptionists incomplete prescriptions incompetence on all fronts they just get away with it because there are no procedures in place to help patients complain or get help just write into the surgery which they never respond checked online and the receptionists and prescriptions are the two things everybody has trouble with but as usual practice and practice manager couldn’t care less don’t waste your time with this terrible place and terrible staff | ||||||

I called at the surgery to book an appointment and was greeted by a rude receptionist who shouted at me that I should not have come in without an appointment. When I asked why she said it was government rules. Could you please direct me to where this government rule is and also deal with the irritable, aggressive receptionist on duty at 11.50 a.m on 17th May 2021? I've been with the practice for 22 years and this is the first occasion on which I've been embarrassed and publicly shouted at and, in my opinion, it is unacceptable. | ||||||

I have found the practise caring and extremely efficient. The particular Dr I am presently with has been reassuring and always has time to listen extremely efficient and a credit to the profession. | ||||||
