I have been a patient since 1966. The service was always excellent. It is terrible now. I have tried to get an.appointment with a doctor for 2 years. When I turn up for the appointment made by the receptionist I discover it is not with a doctor! I am not sure there are any.doctors there now. I am 79 and have never been a frequent flier. Maybe this is a ruse to cut patient numbers. | ||||||

I have had several occasions over the past two years that have necessitated me to use the doctors surgery at St Catherines and I have always been treated with friendly professionalism.
