This circus has now excelled themselves. Now got a medic advising me over the phone to go to A&E for an Opthalmology referral. Avoid this surgery if you value your health. Dreadful experience again. | ||||||

Some arrogant, victimising reception staff. I’m anxious to visit this GP. Difficult to get through the phones in the morning window is terrible. This GP is sending cervical smear reminders but not accepting to see the patients, I asked if I can do my smear privately and I was informed they will not accept those results. I’m scared to explain my problem to this GP so I suffer in silence | ||||||
