On the phone 1 hour before answer. Co-ordination of course of action terrible and reception staff ill informed. Required to get a urgent blood test on 9th May which they achieved by the 11th May (Great). Subsequently informed that I require a further blood test on the 18th May which was only avaliable from the 8th June. Received a txt requiring the booking of a GP appointment on the 17th May - first avaliable appointment 29th June. Fully appreciate the hard working individuals and extremely busy, but the services levels are comedic. |

This surgery is a great example of local services within the NHS. The staff are friendly and curteous, they endeavour to be helpful. I feel the GP's do an incredible job, they included me in decision making, listened to my concerns and discussed these with me. I think we are lucky to have this surgery. |

My husband and I have been with the Brockworth Surgery for over 19 years and we cannot fault anything. We have been treated with respect and dignity and our queries have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently. All staff members including receptionists, secretaries, nurses and the doctors are all wonderful and of course the Pratice Manager has been exceptional in sorting out any of our concerns.A big thank you to each and everyone of you at the Brockworth Surgery. |
