Have nothing but praise for the health centre staff. Have been fantastic with my husband who has Parkinson’s as well as other complaints. Thank you so much. |

I have partial hearing loss, especially in my right ear, so when my left ear became blocked I found it difficult to communicate effectively either verbally or by phone. After a diagnostic session with a GP I followed the prescribed treatment for a week but without success in unblocking my ear. I was then told I would have to wait 2 weeks to have it syringed by a nurse, but a few days later contacted the practice via Patient Access (which I had not used before) and was offered an appointment that same day. Problem solved. Many thanks. |
