I have on going medical problems. Heart, neurology and have had recent seizures requiring treatment in ICU. Yet when I feeling unwell I still cannot see a doctor. They explain that patients are triaged by a call before hand. But too book a call with a doctor takes 5 days, before the doctor can decide if you require to be seen. Surely with my medical notes and conditions it's easy to see that I need to see a doctor. | ||||||

I have no negative issues with this surgery, they have dealt most professionally with all of my medical problems efficiently and referred as appropriate. They have been friendly and reassuring always. Thank you | ||||||
