Incompetent and dismissive. It's not a very good practice, unfortunately. Thankfully, I found a better surgery where the doctor actually listens, and I feel more confident in the treatment and care offered. | ||||||

Was given steroids over the phone and wast offered a face to face appointment i asked for one. Receptionist is rude and doesn't give a good impression of surgery wouldn't recommend this surgery at all | ||||||

Shocking !! Wrong medication given out, records not updated , seems that some doctors cannot read messages on NHS records, refusal to see patients and refusal to provide required medication, failure to treat patients correctly or follow guidelines set out my NHS, left for 4 days before offering medication which was needed know day one. Doctors leaving appointments to eat sandwiches and also to pay overdue fuel bills. | ||||||
