the medical nursing and admin teams work well together.
The online facilities to book routinr appointments and repeat prescriptions is great.
n ot sure about the bell on the front desk - its a bit Fawlty Towers but maybe thats just the meds making me think that. Its clean and nicely laid out with good magazines. Sometimes appointments are late but thats due to overruns and cant be helped. I recently requested my results by phone. The receptionistI spoke to, hurriedly gave me my results without wishing to discuss further. Considering that I am getting a old, I would like to know what I have been tested for and a clear review of my results.
This does not happen here. This is not the first time the reception staff have been curt over the phone. Their manner is terrible - they appear rude and just want to get you off the phone.
I would not recommend this surgery until their staff are trained up. | ||||||

The staff, Docs and Nurses are great at this surgery, always happy to help and give advice.
The waiting times are kept to minimal and the surgery is always very clean and tidy. | ||||||
