We are on holiday in the area and a family member required medical treatment on an urgent basis. From the moment that the receptionist answered the phone she was polite, empathetic and efficient. An appointment was offered with a doctor for the same day. Thank you for providing such a great service. Most impressive considering the strain that GP services are under currently. Your practice is a credit to the NHS. A particular thank you to the receptionist for her outstanding customer service.

I had an appointment with the nurse yesterday and l had been struggling for a week with a bad cough and weakness. The nurse was very thorough and prescribed medication which l took immediately and today l'm already feeling so much better. Thank you. Hilary Collins |
