Generally kind & considerate surgery, prompt for appointments, helpful staff.
Had reason to be very grateful, went in on an emergency appointment, after a quick consultation & ECG, found I was in Afib, they called an ambulance straight away, ensured i was comfortable! | ||||||

The practice manager very kindly let me come in for the morning for work experience. All the staff that I met were very friendly and welcoming. I was impressed with the way in which they made sure that all the patients were comfortable and happy yet still behaved in a professional manner. This morning we attended a session of mini medics at Portcullis with trainer. The session was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone and the course was delivered in a child friendly manner and adapted dependent on age enabling all the children the opportunity to retain the information they had learnt. The session was practical and fun which kept the children engaged throughout. A great introduction to an important topic which all children should have the chance to learn as you never know when they might need to use the skills or assist someone else.
