    Everytime I come to Priorslee surgery, I am waiting up to an hour or more for my appointment. And you have to wait about a week or more to even receive one. You don’t get any communication on why or how long they are running late. Then it’s even more annoying when your appointments last about 5 minutes.

    The receptionists are terrible changed my address without my knowledge told them 5 times and still messed it up.
