Moss Grove Surgery Kinver

I was a patient with this practice and I found the doctors there poor and unhelpful particularly 3 of them. They were recommending medication I’d already tried and had put me in hospital but still insisted I tried them. I went back a few times and said I didn’t want them. Also to get an appointment with the doctor of choice was poor. There was in my experience only one good doctor there and I only came by him by luck. He should have been the head of this Practice because I certainly wasnt impressed with this Practice and since they merged with Kingswinford Practice the waiting time on the phone was endless. There was only one nice receptionist there too. I should have had a referral to hospital too which I asked for but was refused point blank by the doctor, later I found I had heart failure.

The practice manager has never returned my numerous calls left for her regarding a serious complaint. She is either in a meeting, left to go home or in between surgeries?? She obviously hasn't got the time or just can't be bothered to return calls and I find that very rude and unprofessional.
