excellent online booking service if you want an an appointment in ten days time, otherwise phoning at 8 am will unlikely get you an appointment unless you want to try another surgery. friendly staff just not enough doctors to cover appoinments |

We have been at this surgery for 23 years and have found it to be a very efficient country practice, who treat you as a person not a number. The staff are courteous and nothing is too much trouble. But I would like to thank a the Nurse who is such an amazing nurse. Who really cares and takes time to listen. So it was a very sad day today when we found out she is leaving. It reduced me to Tears I wish we could change her mind, for she was an amazing asset to this surgery. We will never find another. It's a shame the Dr's and partners are allowing her to leave. BIG travesty. God bless youx |

I do not visit the doctors unless it's an emergency but over the course of the last 6 months my daughter has experienced problems with her breathing. She is 4 years old and as you can imagine it's been a very frightening time but all the staff from the receptionist, doctors through to the pharmacy are always kind, caring and helpful throughout. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They listen they complete a extensive examination which in one episode we ended up in hospital for the day as the doctors wanted my daughtwr monitored and treated. I even received a follow up call to check on how she was doing and each time i go i get the answer of if you are concerned at all bring her straight back and she will be seen.
I have seen x3 or 4 different doctors yet the care and practice and attention to detail remains the same and nothing is ever too much trouble. It is such a blessing to find such an amazing team who are all with out doubt absolutely amazing. You never get enough credit for the things that you do. Each and every one of you have gone above and beyond the call of duty and nothing is ever too much trouble and every question is answered with me feeling like I'm wasting time. Thank you once again from the bottom of my heart and keep up with the amazing work. xx |
