Went in on Friday to have blood test. Was told to phone up for results after 1:30 Monday. No result phone next day, still no result told again to phone next day. Still Nothing. WHY??? At last phone call she gave me smear test results from months ago which were negative - WHY? I never asked for them ? Then I eventually went in after too much incompetence to be told to make an appointment following for Monday - so why bother to tell me to phone everyday??? Absolutely appalling service | ||||||

Staff seem nice enough in person but as others have said it is impossible to get through on the phone, I have been trying for days to get through and know when I do they will say appointments are only availible on the day. But it takes days to get through. The only way I have been able to get an appointment is to attend surgery as they open the doors and go back later at the appointment time, not convenient for people that work or have mobility issues, has rapidly gone down hill over the last few years used to be great. | ||||||
