Book an appointment the text from Weeping Cross said .. You call and call and finally when through on 5th April told no more appointments for the whole of April ... ' What about May ? ' we are not taking any bookings for May at this time .Call back at the end of April . WHAT!!!! And phoning is the only way of getting an appointment . Locking phones in a cupboard , silencing the ring or lifting the receiver is the practice's best defence of keeping the public away. Best of luck with which doctor you get .. It's a lottery . It's got no better in the last 2 years . Gareth needs to take a long look in the mirror because managing ain't for him . Feeble responses on the NHS web site is not going to cut it .. Not employing enough doctors is perhaps an answer ? It ain't rocket science Gareth .. Go look at your scores on Google review ,, are you honestly happy with those ? It looks like the scores here are not much better either . It's got to be an appallingly badly run practice .. Get a prescription ? Go ask god ,,, at least he may respond .. It needs the GMC or closing ... |

Just try getting an appointment . The phones are either engaged , ring for ever or when they are picked up you are put on hold . The NHS app system of patients detailed records, notes ,results of tests, booking, referral or contact are all blocked by this surgery . Emailing is a no no and restricted to admin queries only, not booking nor arranging any form of consultation .The only recourse is to ring . Best of luck with that .In this digital age ,,, really ? The advice on the NHS web site is use the GP's web site , use the app or call . If none of these are accessible or working go to reception . Triage is at reception so get ready for that . Consultations are brief and ill informed . Blood tests and doctor you see are a lottery. Go to google reviews as this gives a better picture of how bad this surgery's services have got .And this isnt ,as one would be led to believe lately , because of corona virus . The NHS review page is clearly a false representation with only positive reviews allowed to stay there . ie as indicated monitored and moderated. And what the hell does it matter if I am in the armed forces or not ? A shockingly bad service . |

A shambles. A practice manager who can't manage, hopeless receptionists and too few doctors. With 3 practices, 20,000 patients in total and £155 per head from the NHS ( I.e. over £ 3 million pa ) one has got to wonder who is trousering the money because it certainly isn't being spent on patient care. |
