Doctors I have seen in CL are always very friendly and helpful. The calling back system works well only when you are able to attend the same day appointment, as they wont let you book an appointment with a GP on the other day. You have to call again on that day. It is very inconvenient for people who works! I can't tell my boss that sorry I have to leave in 10 mins to attend a GP appointment. I understand the calling back system frees up the GP from unnecessary appointments. But when they do need to see the patient, some flexibility on the time slots are highly needed !
Admins at reception are really borderline rude, it always feels like they desperately wanted to hang up on you immediately. I know they are working under pressure, but if you are working in a service sector, some empathy will be appreciated. |

This is an excellent GP practice. I have been extremely impressed over a number of years. The telephone appointment system is very good - if you telephone in the morning a doctor calls back that day and if necessary the doctor will see you that day. Consultations are not rushed and GPs friendly and helpful. I hear so much in the media about difficulty getting to see a GP and wonder if other practices should adopt the system used here. |

Shocking and horrible service, submitted a blood test and week later I get told that doctor couldn’t process the test therefore making me do it again, week later give in 2 samples to be analysed and next 3 days get told the samples have been lost and have to resubmit. Whatever you do don’t use this clinic |
