This surgery has supported me through very complex and severe ptsd and anxiety. The staff go above and beyond. I am supported, seen and listened to. They are always there if I need them. I’m so very grateful to every one - from my GP, to the reception staff who work hard to get me to see my go due to my complex history and book my hour long smear appointments as a rape survivor, to the nurse who gave my my smear test and took her time and gained my consent at every tiny stage reminding me several times I have the right to withdraw consent. It makes a difference. |

Can't fault the Drs at the surgery, absolutely fantastic however the reception staff, one girl in particular is rude and unhelpful & she seems to go out of her way to make things difficult. I've worked in customer service in the health industry for many years & find their manner especially in a caring industry to be shocking. |

I have been registered here a long time but have used them slightly more in the last few months. I am so impressed by the care I have received. Telephone access is quick and easy, today a really considerate GP phoned me back, discussed my symptoms and offered advice and Im going into the Practice later today. When I initially called a routine appointment was available for tomorrow. Access is good and when seen the care is excellent, a great ethos. Thank You! |
