I've yet to have it explained to me why this practice is so so busy when I never see patients in the waiting room; just a bunch of nurses chatting behind the reception window. This must be why a combination of drugs I require, ordered online on a Saturday (please give 48 hours' notice!) are not available for collection from my pharmacy on the THURSDAY afternoon, four business days later. Join this practice if you have no ongoing health issues, never get sick, and never need a prescription. It's great. I haven't seen a doctor in this practice for 18 months, but, for full price, I'm still able to get my prescribed drugs. Eventually. I can't remember when I had a last appointment here, but I'm being asked on this feedback form to say when! I only ever have contact by phone these days, so I'm making up an appointment date. |

Four months ago my Wife and I moved to live in a Retirement Village in Leamington. We were naturally apprehensive about finding a good Medical Practice
We need not have been.
From the moment we registered we have had nothing but first rate service from the Receptionists (on-line and face to face), from the nurses (both appointments and at short notice) and from all three GPs (over the phone and in the Surgery)
We have, to our delight, been treated with respect, courtesy, humour and professionalism.
The 'phone triage system works extremely well and, when necessary, we have been able to obtain appointments without undue delay.
The Pharmacy opposite the Surgery is convenient, as is the Disabled Parking immediately outside the door!
Finally, we are very pleased with the online access for booking appointments and ordering prescription. "Patient Access" is an intuitive and functional portal.
We are indeed glad that we moved to Leamington Spa and most appreciative of the support
and service offered by the Practice.

Since this surgery has moved to making appointments via telephone call backs, I have been able to get on the day appointments via the phone and in-person if necessary. This is highly important to me as I suffer with a condition where I don't know if I'm going to wake up feeling good and energetic or weak and in pain. Beyond this, the staff are very polite and non-judgemental which is great because I feel very comfortable at all times.
