I would highly recommend this surgery simply for the customer service I had received. The receptionist who was such a helpful lady had made my experience such a calm one. She was so understanding and polite every time I have visited. I have come in with my auntie a few times and every time i always see the receptionist treating not only me with respect and politeness but other patients too. She is truly the best receptionist I have come across in a long time. | ||||||

Must add, a receptionist was a gem, volunteering to take BP reading. Even doctor gave a patient hearing including to the concerns on phone first system, am told most Leamington practices use the same. Staying with them, cant preach differently ! | ||||||

I am to pay upto £1600 in NHS surcharge per year for UK visa extensions of my family. When I walked in this morning with an appointment request, I was first told off at the reception for not calling up and walking . And then I was given a phone appointment with the doctor which never worked in my experience. How does a doctor inspect a patients condition, take BP readings etc on phone ? | ||||||
