I had an appointment for travel vaccinations here this week and the nurse I saw went above and beyond to give helpful advice about our trip and to make sure we had the correct vaccinations for it. She has always been really good with my son, who like most children, hates needles. I have been at this practice for almost 3 years. The nurses have always been really friendly and helpful and the doctor is a fantastic GP. She has really gone the extra mile and never makes me feel like I am wasting her time. There is never a long waiting time here also makes a difference to other places. |

I have been ordering my prescription renewal since I joint the practice
I rarely had all items , always one or more missing though I am sure I ordered them
Today They decided not to issue any of my diabetes tablets, I put the request a week ago, just arrive to the Pharmacy today, and all diabetes tablets, insulin needles and acid reflux are not issued.
I am really frustrating
The pharmacist was so kind and he knows me a regular client, he issued me some tablets as I am run out
Someone has to do something about it |
