I have been been a patient at this surgery for approximately 19 months and always received first class treatment by all staff, they are extremely helpful. I have been treated by both nurses on site and alway treated with kindness and respect. My doctor has alway dealt with me promptly and professionally giving sound advice when needed with nothing being too much trouble. The surgery in general is run in a friendly and professional way at all times I've been or contacted them by phone. | ||||||

I have been with the Budbroke Medical Centre for 19 years and have never had cause to voice any concern about the advice I have received from either the permanent staff or as has happened temporary/locums.I feel fortunate that my visits to the Centre have been minimal over the years but I have never experienced any problem in getting an appointment with a doctor or nurse. I cannot remember ever having an appointment cancelled.Each time I have visited a doctor I have felt that he/she has listened to the problem and considered it before advising on the suggested course of action and/or treatment.I feel fortunate to have had the attention each and every time | ||||||
