I have been a registered patient here since 1981. Now aged 65 with 4 children and 4 grandchildren, I have always put my trust in this practice. Over the years GPs have retired and new surgery built, a legacy for past, present and future | ||||||

Cannot get an appointment at this surgery you phone up your in a que you go to the surgery for an appointment told either to phone next day at 8.00am or wait in a que at the door at 8.00am and may be still not get an appointment. You may have early stage cancer by the time they see you it's terminal. They need to seriously up their game. | ||||||

There's a BIG problem booking appointments. Iv been told to turn up and wait. That may be OK if your fit and young, but I'm elderly and have a few health problems. Standing for long periods kills my back, legs, knees and my neck. And I have asthma breathing becomes a problem when I'm stressed and standing in a que causes a lot of stress. And phoning every day at 8am is VERY stressful. Why can't we phone and get an appointment during the day ?. These problems with making an appointment needs sorting out. The sooner the better | ||||||
