Having relocated to this area in July 2017, I've had the misfortune to need medical attention on several occasions, and have been absolutely overwhelmed by the quality of care and support received from all at the Cofton Medical Centre.
I consider it a great privilege to be a patient here, and appreciate the warmth and empathy that is immediately apparent when engaging with Staff. |

Did not take long to get through on the phone to speak to a doctor was given an appointment the same day, Doctor listened to my ailments and recommended a referral very happy with the service |

I have had a lot of interaction with this surgery for both myself and several family members for whom I have cared over the years. In all that time I have been treated with dignity, respect and the utmost care. Every time I visit or ring the care is consistent. From the staff on reception, the nurses and the doctors, they all make me feel cared for and respected. I never feel hurried or pressured. I often visit with a person I care for who can be very talkative due to mental illness. Despite this he is patiently listened to and gently treated. The triage system is great. You can ring in the morning and actually speak to a doctor. Often, a visit isn't required so this saves time for both the practice and the patient. I love the fact that the telephone system tells you where you are in the queue so that you can put your phone on hands free and get on with your life while waiting. I can't think of a single thing I'd want to change about this practice. Keep up the good work, we appreciate you all! |
