I needed to see my Doctor and although (on this occasion) I couldn't get an appointment at my preferred location in a timely manner, another location was given to me which was.
When I visit, I'm always treated with respect, understanding and given a warm friendly smile, and I'm very happy with the care/treatment I receive.

I have been with Druids Heath Surgery for 50 yrs and I have varying quality of treatment but in the last year the quality of treatment has gone from disinterest by the doctors to my last appointment on 7th Nov 2017 where the doctor was actually yawning while I sort their help. All the doctor was interested in was reducing my medication not for health benefits because they even tried to stop a medication that the ENT consultant had asked her to prescribe. I was also prescribed some tablets for pain that affected my mental health and when I went to the doctors I was just handed a leaflet not given any help or advice, it is only by chance that I found out that the drug I had been prescribed was making me ill.
I am tired of getting such poor service from this surgery and now feel that I must find another doctors as this surgery doesn't seem to want patients. Always no appointment available, no children emergency appointment, very bad service on reception desk, the doctors not good patients checking and be very quick check without prescription,
Not Recommended at all. | ||||||
