Also, the fact that they don't answer complaints about them says EVERYTHING look else where you'll find a good doctor's surgery true doctors, are the ones that care. |

Absolutely awful so far and I'm new I have been suffering from depression and it has its ups and downs yet I have had serious moments where I have had dark thoughts suffered felt isolated and wasn't eating properly. I voiced this to the doctor and all I got was we will check you and give you an appointment and never heard anything left in limbo for nearly a month. I was also told to pick up a sick note you think they would post it knowing what I'm dealing with who wants to go out when suffering from depression? I had to phone up again the same thing I was told ''we need to get you seen'' so when the is the appointment going to be made? I'm left there suffering. I don't know what the hell is going on doctors don't seem to care anymore, it's hard to find one that does. My advice is to research and research some more before committing, to look at reviews meticulously, and not just good ones. I've had suicidal thoughts which I voiced it's now been A MONTH and nothing from the doctor no call, no appointment made NOTHING. Thank God I'm still here thanks to counselling I managed to find a qualified and trained counsellor at a low cost who has been great so I'm fine. No thanks to the Keynell surgery. |

Wow & Superb are the words that spring to mind. I Had to make an urgent appointment regarding vaccinations for my family, The appointment was made instantly and all queries handled sensitivity by the practice staff, and also the practice manager. One doctor also carried out some research unprompted regarding my queries and left me a message/response on a Saturday as she was very understanding of the urgency of my query. I could not ask for a more caring, considerate and efficient team.
Regards
