Although I am registered at Bollington Medical practice I contacted Ask my doctor and was seen at Priorsleigh. I was sent for tests at Macclesfield hospital promptly and within a month results were discussed and treatment offered. I found the service to be exemplary the medical staff were efficient and supportive. My thanks especially to the reception staff at both Bollington and Priorsleigh who were unfailingly friendly and helpful. This is how the NHS should function. |

This is simply to pass on my thanks to everyone I spoke with at Priorslegh this morning. From the person on the desk who initially took my call and thought I ought to speak to a doctor on the phone. To that doctor who called me back so promptly and suggested I come in and see someone. And to the doctor I saw, who spent a good deal of time with me explaining why I was feeling so uncomfortable and distressed and offered to speak with the district nurse. He was very kind and compassionate and although my symptoms haven’t changed I am far more aware of why I have them and why I have to wait a little longer. I am grateful to you all at Priorlsegh Medical Centre for your excellent care and attention. |
