in my experience to get a doctor's appointment is usually 2 to 3week, when you do get to see a doctor I find them all very efficient. also, I have to mention senior nurse Joanne who I have seen on a number of occasions and she also is very efficient as are all the other nurses | ||||||

As a family we have had to use the surgery a few times in 2019. When we NEED an appointment we can always get one that meets our needs. Routine follow up appointments can sometimes be difficult get, but we sill manage to get one in the past. However I prefer that we can get quick/urgent appointments over this. They seem to do really well in an overall strained system. GPs have always been good and listen to concerns. Reception staff friendly in a stressful job | ||||||

All the doctors here are wonderful, with a few shining even
More. It’s always possible to get an appointment if you really need one, same day. Good range of services and facilities. The only thing letting the surgery down are two of the receptionists who are unfriendly and unhelpful and smirk while they are awkward. It’s not nice to feel intimidated at the reception desk. This is the only reason for not giving 5 stars across the board | ||||||
