Refused to see a palliative care 3 yr old boy with CHD who had potentially caught something that could cause major issues after mis diagnosing his sister. This was done from a picture not in person either, all because it was time to leave for home. Advised by a receptionist to call 111. Another GP from about 15 miles away we contacted offered to see both children. Obvious who the healthcare professional is |

22 6 21 after waiting a wile to talk to receptionist I was told I would have to have a tel call from gp but I would have to wait till 6 July that's 2 and a half week for a phone cal What a disgrace where has this practice gone to down hill very fast |
