My daughter has constantly had an ear infection For three months now !! Nobody seems interested given antibiotic Three times and a referral ! She’s really struggling When you ring it’s will ring you back! I’m disgusted at the service. I understand we have been dealing with Coronavirus but for goodness sake how long do you expect somebody to wait ? Until she loses her earing ? | ||||||

The amount of times I’ve tried to phone and it constantly rings out. It’s not because the phone lines are busy, it’s because they’ve been muted. 3 time’s now I’ve been ringing the practice whilst I’m stood in reception which is not only empty but the phones aren’t even ringing when I’m in there!! No excuse for that. If the phone lines open at 8:30 they should be answered at 8:30, not silenced because the receptionist would rather let Causeway deal with the early morning calls. I’m a medical practice manager myself and I’d be giving my staff warnings for that. | ||||||

I had to move from my previous Gp as I was out of the area and chose Great Sankey as it was close to home. Wow what a delight. All staff have more than exceeded my expectations. From my welcome assessment visit to the practice nurse onwards I have nothing but praise for the way all staff have been when I have needed to eg book an appointment or when ive had a query. So often people criticise their GP practice but I am certainly very impressed with everyone at Great Sankey medical centre. Thanks so much ?? | ||||||
