This surgery has some very good staff especially one who is professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. I have been with the surgery for a few years and never seen a Doctor, visiting only with this staff member, which is not a problem as she was faultless in her role but this not standard practice so far as I am aware. There is one staff member at this surgery, that should not be allowed to deal with the public in any capacity and it is a shame that this person has been allowed to continue as an employee and representative of the surgery given her blatant lack of respect for the patients and the sensitive nature that her role entails. It is for that sole reason I have left the surgery and will not be returning. | ||||||

i have been registered in this practice for over 6 months. In that time i have visited the practice several times, the consistent and overwhelming factor in this practice is Courtesy, efficiency and compassion. This is not just restricted to one perosn or one part of the team there, every perosn i have interacted with has the same outstanding qualities. The clinical team are caring and compassionate and try to excel in giving personalised patient care/choices to myself and with a strong individual compassionate and humorous outlook. The reception staff are beacons of customer service and professionalism EVERY time i visit or call the practice. I have worked in the NHS myself for over 15 years and this tight unit of staff are the most professional collective of staff i have ever witnessed. Keep up this excellent level of care and service. | ||||||

i have been with this Health Centre ever since it was first set up and from before when it was Bold Street Medical. All the staff, Doctors, Nurses and Reception staff have always been of the highest quality. They have seen my and my family through a number of serious health issues and have always given service with a smile and understanding of our needs. Personally I have been helped back from some very difficult and low times and nursed back to full health. It is now time for me to leave as I start a new chapter of my life in Northwich. Thank you to everyone for your many years first class service. | ||||||
