I moved to Winsford four years ago and joined this practice. I have never had any problems with trying to get an appointment and have found the care given wonderful. Highly recommend. In comparison to my previous practice at Firsway in Sale, I am blown away by the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff here at High street practice in Winsford. An example being I phoned for an appointment, I was offered and emergency appointment that day, rather than being told straight off that the next on routine one was 2 weeks away.
I declined it as it was not an emergency but I was in pain and asked when the next one was, she then told me it was in a bout two weeks. I asked if there was nathing sooner, I was then offered Saturday, where they have a limited amount of slots .
Everytime you speak to them they are pleasant helpful and above all they SMILE!! it costs nothing for service like this and is something others should aspire to. Firsway, pay a visit and learn from those who get it right!

I have recently had to leave this practice as I have moved out of area , but just wanted to say how fantastic everyone is here. From the doctors, nurses, visiting therapists to the reception team and practice manager. Thank you for the wonderful care and empathy you showed me whilst I was a patient at High Street Practice. | ||||||
