change appointments without informing patients who have explicitly requested a specific time because they are working. Reception staff is terrible and not helpfull at all. Very desapointed. | ||||||

Reception staff were lovely. Went in to get urine sample bottle for husband. I became upset as were concerned about my husband. Receptionist was very sympathetic and G P rang me later. Great service. | ||||||

The Nurses are great and really care and some of the Doctors are good as are some of the office staff. However, it is almost impossible to get an appointment with a decent GP and definitely completely impossible to get a nominated one. They will only give appointments on the day, which means going on redial for 30+ minutes only to find that all appointments are gone. No choice but to enter the lottery on the next day. Some doctors are very inexperienced with one trying to give me an injection in my arm instead of my bum! I would move surgeries but I guess they are all just as bad. | ||||||
