Can not believe how poor this surgery is. The staff cannot get any disrespect, however they can disrespect everyone. I have been trying an appointment with them for over a week, being short of breath and coughing horribly and never got one, because whom I am a Portuguese foreigner there is never a place for me in their queue even being a disabled person with a single eye and even that with a bad sight, and thus also happened here, after 3 unsucessfull operations. Nothing really matters, they think they are above anything. Today I was declined another appointment, rang 111 and was offered a phone appointment at this surgery, for immediately after receiving a text message saying that I should follow an advise link and they arbitrary cancelled the appointment of 111. After this, my British friend rang them, and miraculously they booked an appointment for this afternoon. What would you call this? I call segregation and evilness, I call these behaviours discussing. Also, my medications to my only eye have been messed up, when they were prescribed by the Ophtalmologist at the hospital. They totally disregarded the query from the pharmacy about my prescription that cannot be disrupted and if it wasn't the chemist I wouldn't have it. Their excuses are repetitive. Ohhh we tried to help, they never do, they are totally careless. I have never seen such irresponsible and rude people, should be the pride of the surgery. This is a shame for NHS. | ||||||

Trying to speak to practice manager regarding a complaint is a waste of time , Contacted them today after medication wasn't sent to pharmacy again , was told we will try and get practice manager to contact you . Advised without medication i would have to go to hospital , was then told we can't do anything and that includes getting the practice manager to contact me to resolve the matter ... waste of time going to cqc if no call back in next 24 hours ...... | ||||||
