I have always had a good experience with folly lane. Ringing at 8.30 is the same at any Dr's. Trying to get appointments is also difficult at most Dr's. I do however believe they need to extend the econsult options. Especially for minor ailments. It would save a whole lot of time. Also opening weekends. I know people don't want to work 7 days a week but It would take pressure off so many other services like 111, walk ins and even A&E. |

Try to get through to doctor is a joke even at 8.30 I It saying all applications have gone and they have only just open the line.. so l have try the pharmacy and they all tell me the same thing you need to get in to you Doactors. But you tell me how. Because you can't do an e consult you can't make appointment on line very, very poor service from the doctors. Reception staff try there best. So Doctors get your selves together and get back to normal services |
