York Road Surgery is honestly excellent, I can't fault anything I've had to do with them since 2019. I think myself very lucky that out of 4 or 5 surgerys in the town I signed up with the absolute right one. From reception, nurses to doctors, everyone is relaxed and knowledgeable. All are caring and compassionate. You can definitely put your life in their hands. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend York Road in the Port to friends and family. | ||||||

Every Doctor and staff member of York Road is absolutely brilliant. You can literally see/speak to a doctor within a few hours if you call at 8am on surgery days. I can't fault York Road at all. | ||||||

I don’t visit the gp often but when I do I have always received excellent care. Upon my last visit I was called in straight away. The nurse was caring and beyond helpful. I fee they don’t get enough credit for the job they do. I have not seen a gp in some time however had consultations over the phone. Again despite all the pressure on them now. I felt my concerns where addressed with empathy and kindness | ||||||
