I have been a patient at this surgery for 65 years plus. I am fortunate that I have not needed emergency treatment but whenever I have required a doctor or prescription I really cannot fault the surgery. I do realise that I cannot always be seen on the day but I have used Econsult and found it really good. I must also mention that Dr Cox and the practise do not deserve the low grade in the survey in my eyes. | ||||||

We have been patients for nearly 9 years and can’t thank the doctors, nurses, in fact all staff for the person centred approach and care for myself and both my adult children who have ASD. The care and attention is second to none. We have shared some truly harrowing times and experiences and not once have been let down! I have personally shared my deepest despair and at times bared my soul , I’ve never felt judged or been made to feel a nuisance. The care received has always been 100% and I can’t thank them enough. As a family I feel we have had more than our fair share of worries yet have never seen eyes roll ! Thanks to them all I have the confidence to even write this review. Thanks to all at Greenbank for all that they do. | ||||||
