To anyone who is a patient or thinking about registering for the Whitby Group Practice please look elsewhere. I was turned away for 4 months with back problems, that then escalated into stage 4 Lymphoma, 2 tumours on the spine, 5 fractured discs etc... The first lady was Dr. Holland, she physically walked me out and said their was nothing she could do for me after I addressed all my problems at the time. Second lady was Dr. Soe. I was told that she had booked me in for a MRI scan which never come about, but this miraculous Ultrasound Scan come about on my records which I never ever had in the first place. When I asked which Dr had wrote those notes they couldn't tell me. Lastly, was Dr. Warren. I had seen her the day before I got admitted into hospital. I had asked her for a set of crutches as I was struggling to walk around and had already collapsed due to my legs giving way but was told no, and that I didn't meet the requirements. I also asked for Diazepam and Tramadol HCL as the pain I had was unbearable but I was told I'd become a 'druggy' even though the Chester Countess asked what medication I wanted and they give it me without any questions or raised eyebrows. The next day I was rushed to the Countess where I was told I had primary and secondary cancer, 2 tumours on the spine, 5 fractured discs, spinal cord compression and much more. The Chester Countess had found all this out in 4 hours, and the Whitby Group Practice couldn't do so in 4 months. |

So I was 9 in Que from start 8.30am. 10am you are one in the que .....40mins later finally answered my call to be told they can’t help me at all and have no appointments . Iv got metal health problems and ready to destructed ..... they told me to do consultation and they get back to me at the end of tomorrow. Taking 3 weeks to get courage to even speak to someone about it and then to be shoved to one side . If thinking of joining this surgery, don’t .worst doctor ever |
